Anti-SRC3, CT (NCOA3, Nuclear Receptor Coactivator 3, NCoA-3, ACTR, Amplified in Breast Cancer 1 Pro

Steroid receptor coactivator 3 (SRC3) is a ~154kD nuclear receptor coactivator that directly binds nuclear receptors and stimulates the transcriptional activities in hormone-dependent fashion. SRC3 recruits 2 other nuclear factors, CBP and PCAF, and thus plays a central role in creating a multisubunit coactivator complex. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
