Required for recruitment of MAD2L1, BUBR1 and BUB1 to kinetochores. Required for the correct localization of the active form of Aurora B in prometaphase. [The UniProt Consortium] Buffer: 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative. Highest antigen sequence identity to mouse: 28% and to rat: 28%
