Antibody in PBS with 50% glycerol, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide. This antibody reacts to human SP-B (Surfactant protein B) and proSP-B. Protein function: Pulmonary surfactant-associated proteins promote alveolar stability by lowering the surface tension at the air-liquid interface in the peripheral air spaces.
