Anti-SNF8, NT (SNF8, EAP30, Vacuolar-sorting protein SNF8, ELL-associated protein of 30kD, ESCRT-II

SNF8, VPS25 (MIM 610907), and VPS36 (MIM 610903) form ESCRT-II (endosomal sorting complex required for transport II), a complex involved in endocytosis of ubiquitinated membrane proteins. SNF8, VPS25, and VPS36 are also associated in a multiprotein complex with RNA polymerase II elongation factor (ELL, MIM 600284) (Slagsvold et al., 2005 [PubMed 15755741], Kamura et al., 2001 [PubMed 11278625]). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
