The protein encoded by this gene is secreted, likely interacting with roundabout homolog receptors to effect cell migration. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2012], Protein function: May act as molecular guidance cue in cellular migration, and function may be mediated by interaction with roundabout homolog receptors. [The UniProt Consortium] Recommended dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. ELISA: 1/40000. Not yet tested in other applications.. Cellular localization: Secreted .
