Anti-SLIT2 (Slit homolog 2 protein, SLIL3)

Slit-2 is thought to act as molecular guidance cue in cellular migration, and its function appears to be mediated by interaction with roundabout homolog (ROBO) receptors. It is a secreted protein known for its role of repulsion in axon guidance and neuronal migration that can also inhibit leukocyte chemotaxis induced by chemotactic factors. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
