Mediates the clearance of prostaglandins from the circulation through uptake across cell membrane which allows cytoplasmic oxidation and prostaglandin signal termination (PubMed:8787677). May mediate the release of newly synthesized prostaglandins from cells and the transepithelial transport of prostaglandins (Probable). [The UniProt Consortium] Buffer: 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative. Highest antigen sequence identity to mouse: 84% and to rat: 81%
