Anti-SLC38A3, ID (Sodium-coupled Neutral Amino Acid Transporter 3, Na(+)-coupled Neutral Amino Acid

SLC38A3 is sodium-dependent amino acid/proton antiporter.It mediates electrogenic cotransport of glutamine and sodium ions in exchange for protons and also recognizes histidine, asparagine and alanine. This protein may mediate amino acid transport in either direction under physiological conditions. It may play a role in nitrogen metabolism and synaptic transmission. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:50-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
