Anti-SERPINB7, ID (Serpin B7, Megsin, TP55)

SERPINB7 might function as an inhibitor of Lys-specific proteases and might influence the maturation of megakaryocytes via its action as a serpin. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100, Western Blot: 1:1000, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
