Anti-SCUBE3, ID (SCUBE3, CEGF3, Signal peptide, CUB and EGF-like domain-containing protein 3)

SCUBE3 contains one CUB domain and 9 EGF-like domains. It is highly expressed in primary osteoblasts and the long bones (humerus and femur) and expression is low or absent in non-bone tissues. It may play an important role in bone cell biology. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
