Anti-SCML1 (Sex Comb on Midleg-like Protein 1)

Putative Polycomb group (PcG) protein. PcG proteins act by forming multiprotein complexes, which are required to maintain the transcriptionally repressive state of homeotic genes throughout development. May be involved in spermatogenesis during sexual maturation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml, Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1.2ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
