Product information "Anti-RXRG (Retinoic Acid Receptor RXR-gamma, Nuclear Receptor Subfamily 2 Group B Member 3, Retinoid"
Retinoid X receptor G (RXRG or RXR gamma) is a nuclear receptor that mediates the biological effects of retinoids by their involvement in retinoic acid-mediated gene activation. RXRs as a whole exert their action by binding, as homodimers or heterodimers, to specific sequences in the promoters of target genes and regulate their transcription.HeLa cell lysate, Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
