Mas-related G-protein coupled receptor member X1 (MRGPRX1) is an opiod receptor that is uniquely localized in a subset of small dorsal root and trigeminal sensory neurons. MRGPRX1 is thought to be involved in the regulation of sensory neurons. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. , Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/ml, Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 0.5-1.0ug/ml, Heat mediated antigen retrieval is required., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
