Product information "Anti-RNF5, NT (E3 Ubiquitin-protein Ligase RNF5, RING Finger Protein 5, HsRma1, Protein G16, Ram1 Ho"
RNF5 contains a RING finger, which is a motif known to be involved in protein-protein interactions. This protein is a membrane-bound ubiquitin ligase. It can regulate cell motility by targeting paxillin ubiquitination and altering the distribution and localization of paxillin in cytoplasm and cell focal adhesions. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
