Product information "Anti-RICK, NT (RIP2, CARDIAK, RIP-like Interacting CLARP Kinase, Receptor Interacting Protein-2, Rec"
Receptor-interacting kinase (RIP2) is a 61.2kD cytoplasmic protein belonging to the protein kinase superfamily. It is a novel kinase that regulates TNF and Fas induced-apoptosis and is involved in the generation of the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1beta. Over expression of RIP2 has been shown to induce apoptosis, and the activation of NF-Kappa-B and JNK. RIP2 is widely expressed in a range of human tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (frozen) and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 10ug/ml, Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
