Anti-RCN3, ID (RCN3, Reticulocalbin-3, EF-hand calcium-binding protein RLP49)

Calcipressin 3 inhibits calcineurin dependent transcriptional responses by binding to the catalytic domain of calcineurin A, and may play a role during central nervous system development. Highest expression occurs in heart, skeletal muscle kidney, liver and peripheral blood leukocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
