Anti-RAB7, CT (Ras-related Protein Rab-7a, RAB7A)

RAB family members are small, RAS-related GTP-binding proteins that are important regulators of vesicular transport. Each RAB protein targets multiple proteins that act in exocytic / endocytic pathways. RAB7 is a RAB family member that regulates vesicle traffic in the late endosomes and also from late endosomes to lysosomes. This protein is also involved in the cellular vacuolation of the VacA cytotoxin of Helicobacter pylori. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:2000, Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:25, Flow Cytometry: 1:25, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
