Anti-p19INK4d (INK4D, p19, p19-INK4d)

Cyclins are important in regulating the cell cycle through their formation of enzymatic complexes with various cyclin-dependent kinases. P19(INK4d) also kowns as cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2D, is one of the novel members of the mouse INK4 gene family. Okuda et al. (1995) described the cloning of the human INK4d gene (CDKN2D). The predicted 166-amino acid protein is 86% identical to the mouse protein and about 45% identical to other human INK4 family members. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml , Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1-2ug/ml , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
