Anti-NUDC, ID (NUDC, Nuclear migration protein nudC, Nuclear distribution protein C homolog)

NudC was first identified as a regulator of nuclear movement in the asexual reproductive cycle of the filamentous fungus Aspergillus nidulans. Human NUDC is a nuclear movement protein that associates with dynein (see DYNC1H1, MIM 600112) (Aumais et al., 2003 [PubMed 12679384]). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
