Anti-NRG4 (Pro-neuregulin-4, Membrane-bound Isoform, Pro-NRG4, Neuregulin-4, NRG-4)

The Pro-neuregulin-4, membrane-bound isoform contains 1 EGF-like domain and belongs to the neuregulin family. It is low affinity ligand for the ERBB4 tyrosine kinase receptor. Concomitantly recruits ERBB1 and ERBB2 coreceptors, resulting in ligand-stimulated tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of the ERBB receptors. However, it does not bind to the ERBB1, ERBB2 and ERBB3 receptors (By similarity). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
