Anti-NOX3 antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. NOX3 antibody is human and mouse reactive. NOX3 is predicted to not cross-react with other NOX proteins. Protein function: NADPH oxidase which constitutively produces superoxide upon formation of a complex with CYBA/p22phox. Plays a role in the biogenesis of otoconia/otolith, which are crystalline structures of the inner ear involved in the perception of gravity. [The UniProt Consortium]
