In 1X PBS, pH 7.4, with 0.09% sodium azide. Protein naked cuticle homolog 2, also called Naked-2 and NKD2, is a cell autonomous antagonist of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. [UniProt] Protein function: Cell autonomous antagonist of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. May activate a second Wnt signaling pathway that controls planar cell polarity. Required for processing of TGFA and for targeting of TGFA to the basolateral membrane of polarized epithelial cells. [The UniProt Consortium]
