Anti-NKD1, NT (NKD1, NKD, Protein naked cuticle homolog 1)

In the mouse, Nkd is a Dishevelled (see DVL1, MIM 601365)-binding protein that functions as a negative regulator of the Wnt (see WNT1, MIM 164820)-beta-catenin (see MIM 116806)-Tcf (see MIM 602272) signaling pathway. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
