Anti-NF-L antibody is directed agaist NF-L protein. The antibody is a total IgG fraction from concentrated clarified cell culture supernate. The antibody has been directly tested for reactivity in bovine, chicken, human, mouse and rat tissues. Cross reactivity with NF-L from other species has not been determined. Protein function: Neurofilaments usually contain three intermediate filament proteins: L, M, and H which are involved in the maintenance of neuronal caliber. [The UniProt Consortium]
