Anti-MTMR6, NT (MTMR6, Myotubularin-related protein 6)

Phosphatase that acts on lipids with a phosphoinositol headgroup. Acts as a negative regulator of KCNN4/KCa3.1 channel activity in CD4+ T-cells possibly by decreasing intracellular levels of phosphatidylinositol-3 phosphatase. Negatively regulates proliferation of reactivated CD4+ T-cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
