The protein encoded by this gene is localized in the nuclear matrix. It may play a role in transcription or may interact with other nuclear matrix proteins to form the internal fibrogranular network. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified for this gene. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.2-2ug/ml, Immunocytochemistry: 2-100ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
