Anti-Macrophage, Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1 (MCP1, CCL2, JE), clone 6D543

MCP-1, also known as CCL2, is expressed by a range of cells including monocytes, vascular endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, osteoblasts and glomeruler mesangial cells. MCP-1 plays an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000, Immunohistochemistry (Frozen/paraffin): 1:250-1:500, Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000, ELISA: Capture, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
