A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Anti-Lysyl Oxidase from human, bovine, chimpanzee, mouse and rat 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Predicted reactivity with chicken, dog, pig, and xenopus. Cross-reactivity with Anti-Lysyl Oxidase from other sources has not been determined. Protein function: Responsible for the post-translational oxidative deamination of peptidyl lysine residues in precursors to fibrous collagen and elastin.
