Anti-LYSMD1, CT (LYSMD1, LysM and putative peptidoglycan-binding domain-containing protein 1)

The specific function of this protein remains unknown but it may be involved in the chemical reactions and pathways resulting in the breakdown of macromolecules that form part of a cell wall. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000, Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
