Product information "Anti-LHX2 (LIM/Homeobox Protein Lhx2, LIM Homeobox Protein 2, Homeobox Protein LH-2, LH2)"
LHX2 belongs to a large protein family, members of which carry the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. This protein may function as a transcriptional regulator. This protein can recapitulate or rescue phenotypes in Drosophila caused by a related protein, suggesting conservation of function during evolution. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:4000, Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in lysates of cell line Daudi on ~45kD bands, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
