Anti-LEDGF (CLL-associated antigen KW-7, DFS 70, PSIP1, Transcriptional coactivator p75/p52)

LEDGF, also known as transcription co­activator p75, is a 75kD protein that belongs to the hepatoma­derived growth factor (HDGF) family of nuclear targeted proteins. It is a widely expressed protein that interacts with lentiviral integrase. As a result of alternative splicing, isoforms with deletions, substitutions/insertions have been reported. Human LEDGF shares 91%, 92% and 96% amino acid sequence homology with rat, mouse and feline LEDGF, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml, Immunocytochemistry: 8­-25ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
