Anti-LARP6, NT (LARP6, La-related protein 6, Acheron, La ribonucleoprotein domain family member 6)

LARP6 is a member of the La ribonucleoprotein domain family, which all contain one characteristic La motif. LARP6 shuttles between the cytoplasm and nucleus. It is proposed that members of this family play a role in translation and mRNA stability. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. , Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000, Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-100, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. ,
