A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Kv4.3 from Mouse, Human, Xenopus, and Rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with Kv4.3 from other sources has not been determined. Ion Channels research. Protein function: Pore-forming (alpha) subunit of voltage-gated rapidly inactivating A-type potassium channels. May contribute to I(To) current in heart and I(Sa) current in neurons.
