Anti-KREMEN2 Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. Multiple isoforms of KREMEN2 are known to exist. KREMEN2 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other Kremen protein family members. Protein function: Receptor for Dickkopf protein. Cooperates with Dickkopf to block Wnt/beta-catenin signaling. Forms a ternary complex with Dkk1 and LRP6 and induces rapid endocytosis and removal of the Wnt receptor LRP6 from the plasma membrane.
