KIR2DS4 is an activating immunoglobulin-like receptor expressed on NK cells and some T cells. It has been implicated in the recognition of some HLA-C alleles. A deletion variant encoding a single domain secreted isoform of KIR2DS4 has also been described.2. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing APC conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
