Anti-IQSEC1 antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. IQSEC1 antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least four isoforms of IQSEC1 are known to exist. IQSEC1 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with IQSEC2. Protein function: In addition to accelerate GTP gamma S binding by ARFs of all three classes, it appears to function preferentially as a guanine nucleotide exchange protein for ARF6, mediating internalisation of beta-1 integrin.
