Protein function: Component of the EvC complex that positively regulates ciliary Hedgehog (Hh) signaling. Required for proper limb morphogenesis (PubMed:28488682). [The UniProt Consortium] Recommended dilutions: WB 1:500-2000,IHC-p 1:50-300. Cellular localization: Cell projection, cilium membrane , Peripheral membrane protein , Cytoplasmic side . The EvC complex localizes at the base of cilia in the EvC zone of primary cilia in a EFCAB7-dependent manner. .
