Anti-Interleukin 17 Receptor D (IL-17RD)

Interleukine-17 receptor D (IL-17 RD) also known as Sef (similar expression to FGFs), is a type I transmembrane IL-17R-related protein that can bind to FGF receptors 1 and 2 and antagonize ERK signaling by preventing translocation to the nucleus. The full-length 738aa mouse Sef-a is a 120kD cell surface glycoprotein expressed in most tissues (except thyroid). Mouse IL-17 RD shows 90% aa identity with human IL-17 RD in the extracellular/lumenal region. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 8-25ug/ml on perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse liver and mouse thymus and immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse lung., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
