Anti-Interleukin 10 (IL-10, Cytokine Synthesis Inhibitory Factor, CSIF)

Applications: , Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Neutralization (ND50): 0.005-0.03ug/ml in the presence of 5ng/ml recombinant human IL IL--10. Measured by its ability to neutralize IL--10 induced proliferation in the MC/9-2 mouse mast cell line., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
