Applications:, ELISA Detection: Biotinylated monoclonal antibody is the preferred detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying human and/or viral IL-10 proteins. Biotinylated antibody should be paired with purified antibody as the capture antibody, with purified recombinant human IL-10 as the standard. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
