Product information "Anti-ILK1/ILK2, NT (Ilk, Integrin-linked protein kinase)"
Transduction of extracellular matrix signals through integrins influences intracellular and extracellular functions, and appears to require interaction of integrin cytoplasmic domains with cellular proteins. Integrin-linked kinase (ILK), interacts with the cytoplasmic domain of beta-1 integrin. ILK encodes a predicted 451-amino acid protein, with an apparent molecular weight of 59 kD. The ILK protein is a serine/threonine protein kinase with 4 ankyrin-like repeats. ILK regulates integrin-mediated signal transduction. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
