Anti-IL-17RA Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. IL-17RA antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. Multiple isoforms of IL-17RA are known to exist. This antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other IL-17 receptor subunits. Protein function: Receptor for IL17A, IL17F and, in dimer with IL17RE, for IL17C. Binds its IL17A ligand with low affinity, suggesting that additional components are involved in IL17A-induced signaling. [The UniProt Consortium]
