The Bovine IL-16 polyclonal antibody is labeled and has been qualified for use in ELISA applications. It is the detection antibody in the Kingfisher Biotech Bovine IL-16 ELISA. The Bovine IL-16 antibody was produced in rabbits and is antigen-affinity purified. This antibody has not been show to cross-react with canine, chicken, cynomolgus monkey, mouse, rabbit, swine IL-16 proteins. For research use only. Made in the USA. Protein function: Interleukin-16 stimulates a migratory response in CD4+ lymphocytes, monocytes, and eosinophils. Primes CD4+ T-cells for IL-2 and IL-15 responsiveness. Also induces T-lymphocyte expression of interleukin 2 receptor. Ligand for CD4. [The UniProt Consortium]
