Protein function: Receptor for TNFSF5/CD40LG (PubMed:31331973). Transduces TRAF6- and MAP3K8-mediated signals that activate ERK in macrophages and B cells, leading to induction of immunoglobulin secretion. [The UniProt Consortium] This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to APC/XFD750 (ex/em = 756/785 nm). XFD750 is manufactured by AAT Bioquest, and it has the same chemical structure of Alexa Fluor(R) 750 (Alexa Fluor(R) is the trademark of ThermoFisher).
