Product information "Anti-human CD38, clone HI157, iFluor(R) 633"

Protein function: Synthesizes the second messengers cyclic ADP-ribose and nicotinate-adenine dinucleotide phosphate, the former a second messenger for glucose-induced insulin secretion. Also has cADPr hydrolase activity. Also moonlights as a receptor in cells of the immune system. [The UniProt Consortium] This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor(TM) 633 (ex/em = 640/654 nm). It is compatible with the 633 nm laser and 670/30 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD FACSCelesta(TM)).
