Protein function: Receptor for CD70/CD27L. May play a role in survival of activated T-cells. May play a role in apoptosis through association with SIVA1. [The UniProt Consortium] This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor(TM) 633 (ex/em = 640/654 nm). It is compatible with the 633 nm laser and 670/30 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD FACSCelesta(TM)).
