Product information "Anti-human CD20, clone HI20a, iFluor(R) 633"
Protein function: B-lymphocyte-specific membrane protein that plays a role in the regulation of cellular calcium influx necessary for the development, differentiation, and activation of B-lymphocytes (PubMed:3925015, PubMed:7684739, PubMed:12920111). Functions as a store-operated calcium (SOC) channel component promoting calcium influx after activation by the B-cell receptor/BCR (PubMed:7684739, PubMed:12920111, PubMed:18474602). [The UniProt Consortium] This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor(TM) 633 (ex/em = 640/654 nm). It is compatible with the 633 nm laser and 670/30 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD FACSCelesta(TM)).
Keywords: Anti-Bp35, Anti-CD20, Anti-MS4A1, Anti-B-lymphocyte antigen CD20, Anti-B-lymphocyte surface antigen B1, Anti-Leukocyte surface antigen Leu-16, Anti-Membrane-spanning 4-domains subfamily A member 1
