Anti-human CD11c, clone 3.9, iFluor(R) 633

Protein function: Integrin alpha-X/beta-2 is a receptor for fibrinogen. It recognizes the sequence G-P-R in fibrinogen. It mediates cell-cell interaction during inflammatory responses. It is especially important in monocyte adhesion and chemotaxis. [The UniProt Consortium] This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor(TM) 633 (ex/em = 640/654 nm). It is compatible with the 633 nm laser and 670/30 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD FACSCelesta(TM)).
