HSPH1 prevents the aggregation of denatured proteins in cells under severe stress, on which the ATP levels decrease markedly. This protein inhibits HSPA8/HSC70 ATPase and chaperone activities. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:50-100, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
