Anti-Heat Shock Protein 27, phosphorylated (Ser78) (HSP27)

Applications: , Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.01-0.5ug/ml detects phosphorylated HSP27 in 20ug of a cell lysate prepared from MCF-7 cells that were heat shocked for 30 minutes at 42°C, cultured for an additional 16 hours at 37°C, and then stimulated with 200mM arsenite for 30 minutes. Untreated and heat shock, and arsenite treated MCF-7 cell lysate were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with 0.05ug/ml of H1830-52. Proteins were visualized using IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system. , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
